Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • During peak periods or for special releases, processing may take up to 5 business days.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS and Royal Mail depending on your location.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and destination.

Domestic Shipping

Please ensure you select the correct region your in when shopping at the Café

Within the United States of America:

  • Standard shipping: 1 - 3 business days (USPS Priority Mail / UPS 3 Day Air)
  • Express shipping: 1 - 2 business days (USPS Priority Express Mail)

Within the United Kingdom:

  • Standard shipping: 1 - 2 business days (Royal Mail Tracked 24 hrs)
  • Express shipping: 1 business day (Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery)

International Shipping

  • Due to the nature of our products, international shipping is currently  unavailable. We only ship to the regions listed in the store: United States of America and United Kingdom.

Order Tracking

  • All shipments come with tracking. You will receive a tracking link once your order has shipped.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your order on time, unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions and carrier delays may affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated if any delays occur.

Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries

  • Please double-check your shipping information before confirming your order.
  • We are not responsible for lost or returned packages due to incorrect addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at within 5 days of delivery at hello@mmmumai.com .
  • We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
